5 Steps 6 Movements

The five steps (look ahead, look to the right and to the left, look back and stay in the center, or keep being centered) are part of the 13 movements created by Zhang Sanfeng.

The six movements are of a Qi Gong style developed by Master Tian Liyang.

It summarizes the principles and structures the learning process. Exercises coordinate the internal with the external and stabilize the eight harmonies. This specific Qi Gong system is very effective on its own but also functions as an excellent base for all Taijiquan styles.
